The scheme comprises 8no duplex penthouse apartments on the roof of an existing 1920’s print works, Royle House. The first five floors of the building were refurbished by SDPSA into apartments between 1997 and 2000, along with eleven new-build duplexes on two-thirds of the roof area. It was completed in March 2008.
